• A referral counts only when the referred organization is successfully registered as a CPL participant.
• If multiple people refer from the same company, the reward goes to whoever submitted first successfully.
• CPL may choose which referred companies to contact; not all referrals will be pursued.
• Rewards (free padel hour + merch) are given only after CPL confirms the company as a valid referral.
• Rewards are non-transferable and must be redeemed within 30 days of confirmation.
• By submitting the form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that the POC is aware CPL may reach out.
• CPL may update or end this referral program at any time.
